Botox Annual Membership

This membership is designed to keep you looking your best and maximize your savings for each appointment.

Get Botox for $9.50/unit when you purchase all units and book your next 4 appointments up front.  You’ll start with a consultation with Mr. Garberich to develop a plan of how many units will work best for you for your next 4 treatments.  Your first treatment will be administered  at that time.  We’ll then book your next 3 appointments and pay for all of the total units up front.  Your 3 remaining appointments can not exceed 13 months from the time of purchase, giving you 3-4 months between appointments. Extra units can’t be rolled over into a 5th appointment. However, should you need to add a few units during one of your appointments, you will be charged at $9.50/unit.

Botox Pay-As-You-Go Membership

This membership is designed to keep you looking your best and provide great savings for the year as a whole.

Get Botox for $9.99/unit when you book your next 4 appointments up front.  You’ll start with a consultation with Mr. Garberich to develop a plan of how many units will work best for you for your next 4 treatments.  Your first treatment will be administered at that time.  We will then book your next 3 appointments and you will pay as you go.  The total amount you will pay by the end of your 4th treatment will equal $9.99 for each unit.  Your 3 remaining appointments can not exceed 13 months from your first appointment, giving you 3-4 months between appointments. Extra units can’t be rolled over into a 5th appointment. However, should you need to add a few units during one of your appointments, you will be charged the membership price.
