Botox Annual Membership
This membership is designed to keep you looking your best and maximize your savings for each appointment.
Get Botox for $10.50/unit when you purchase all units and book your next 4 appointments up front. You’ll start with a consultation with Mr. Garberich to develop a plan of how many units will work best for you for your next 4 treatments. Your first treatment will be administered at that time. We’ll then book your next 3 appointments and pay for all the total units up front. Your 3 remaining appointments cannot exceed 13 months from the time of purchase, giving you 3-4 months between appointments. Extra units can’t be rolled over into a 5th appointment. However, should you need to add a few units during one of your appointments, you will be charged $10.50/unit.
