Jan 2, 2018 – Harker Heights, TX. At the end of the year, it’s normal for businesses to close out the books, totaling up profits, expenses, etc. But adding up how much money you saved your clients? That’s not your usual end-of-year accounting figure. As one client who calls herself J.S. explained in an online review on July 31, 2017, “Love this place [About Face]…. the staff looks out for you for promotions and coupons at check out. I highly recommend a visit.” In 2017, About Face Anti-Aging Institute was able to save their clients almost $20,000 – no wonder J.S. recommends it to all her friends.
So how did they do it? About Face participates in a rewards program called Brilliant Distinctions created by Allergan, the company that makes cosmetic injections such as Botox and Kybella, and dermal fillers such as Juvederm Ultra, Voluma, Volbella, and Vollure. Each time a client gets a treatment, About Face enters it into a client’s Brilliant Distinctions account, which then assigns them points. The next time they come in for treatment, the client can choose to redeem the points for money off their total, or let the points accumulate to use at a later date.
The About Face staff is trained to take care of the entire experience from A to Z. “We tell every client about the program, and with their consent, open an account for them and manage it. Usually clients are so surprised and excited when you tell them that we can save them $40 or $100 or whatever it is. It’s literally free money for them, which of course everyone loves,” explained Shelby Zizzo, team member at About Face.
The white glove treatment has really paid off for clients, to the tune of almost $20,000. “I wouldn’t know when I had points or how much I could save or anything. I’m not good at keeping up with things like that, which is why I love that About Face does it all for me. It’s awesome,” explained another client on Dec 27, 2017.
“Now that we’ve seen this number, there’s nothing left to do but try to beat it in 2018, “says Stephanie Garberich in a half joking, half challenging way to her husband, co-owner and medical provider Jeff Garberich. Game on, About Face. Game on.
